Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Cold call a list of people from the directory provided to sell products and services
• Become familiar with the scripts, products, and their benefits
• Answer incoming calls
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Use scripts to offer information about the product’s features, prices, and benefits to persuade customers to buy the product
• Ask relevant questions to understand the customer’s needs and recommend the best service for them 
• Accurately input customer information such as name, phone number, address, etc. into a computer system
• Take detailed call notes and record feedback
• Meet or exceed projected sales goals
• Maintain updated company and policy changes to best assist customers and resolve issues

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer is a plus
• Sales and customer service experience is a plus
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent communication and presentative skills
• Patient and can manage customer rejection professionally
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Speed and accuracy when typing
• Understand and use phone etiquette best practices
